6. AI Guides, Guided Development, and Human Responsibility
AI Publishing International LLP may provide AI guides, book voice agents, catalog assistants, learning facilitators, guided development tools, and other AI-supported learning experiences. These guides may help users explore books, understand learning pathways, practice concepts, reflect on workbook activities, review product options, and receive educational support.
AI guides are learning-support systems. They are not human professionals, lawyers, doctors, financial advisors, therapists, accountants, immigration advisors, employment attorneys, regulators, courts, or emergency services.
AI guide responses may be incomplete, incorrect, outdated, context-limited, unsuitable for your specific circumstances, or inconsistent with later verified information. You must not treat an AI guide response as verified legal, financial, medical, employment, tax, regulatory, security, compliance, or professional advice.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, professional conduct, business choices, workplace actions, legal compliance, and use of any AI-generated or AI-supported response.
For high-risk, account-related, legal, financial, employment, regulated, security-sensitive, health-related, or business-critical matters, you should seek qualified human advice and should not rely solely on an AI guide.
AI guides do not grant access rights by themselves. Paid, protected, learner, team, enterprise, or book-specific access depends on purchase verification, account status, entitlement status, role authorization, and approved access controls.
AI Publishing International LLP may use reasonable operational controls for AI-guided learning, including source and version controls, quality review, known-risk testing, incident logging, correction processes, takedown review, privacy-by-design practices, and human escalation routes. These controls support responsible use but do not guarantee that every AI response will be error-free.

We do not knowingly steal, copy, or misappropriate other people's protected content.
Our publishing and learning systems may use AI tools as support systems for organization, drafting assistance, language refinement, editing, formatting, research support, quality control, learning experience design, and guided learning facilitation. Human authorship, editorial authority, final approval, and publication responsibility remain with the author, publisher, or authorized human decision-maker.

Back to contents ↑13. User Content and Submitted Materials
You may submit messages, questions, reflections, workbook responses, support requests, comments, or other materials through our sites, forms, portals, or AI-guided experiences.
You remain responsible for what you submit.
By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate another person's rights, confidentiality obligations, privacy rights, trade secrets, intellectual property, employment obligations, contractual restrictions, or applicable law.
You should not submit confidential employer information, regulated data, private client data, sensitive personal information, passwords, payment-card information, protected health information, private security credentials, proprietary business secrets, or confidential architecture details unless a specific authorized process has been provided for that purpose.
You grant AI Publishing International LLP a limited right to use submitted content as reasonably necessary to provide support, operate the service, respond to enquiries, maintain records, protect systems, improve learning support, enforce these Terms, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not claim ownership of your original user-submitted content solely because you send it to us.

AI Publishing International LLP does not offer refunds unless a separate written agreement, applicable law, or the relevant third-party sales channel requires otherwise.
